- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the telephone
- Making bookings into the Workshop
- Ensuring customers are kept fully informed at all times, and passing on technical information
- A team player who responds well in a busy, dynamic environment
- Obtaining all necessary authorisation
- Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers of all backgrounds
- Eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Motivated and flexible mindset – open to part time or full time hours
