Role Description
The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based at our Eastbourne location. The Service Advisor will greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide clear guidance on tyre and related automotive services. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves managing documentation, processing payments, handling aftersales queries, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience at every stage of the customer journey. The Service Advisor will work closely with the workshop team to prioritize jobs, maintain service standards, and support overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service.
- Proven experience in Customer Service with effective Communication abilities.
- Understanding of Aftersales processes and follow-up to support repeat business.
- Ability to work on-site in Eastbourne, managing multiple tasks in a busy retail and service environment.
- Basic knowledge of tyres or automotive services (training can be provided), with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems for booking, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with technicians and other team members.
- Previous experience in a service advisor, automotive retail, or similar customer-facing role is beneficial.
