Role Description
This full-time, on-site Service Advisor role is based in Elstree and is responsible for delivering a seamless service experience to aftersales customers. The Service Advisor will manage customer bookings, greet and update customers throughout the service process, and liaise with the workshop to ensure work is carried out efficiently and accurately. The role also involves:

- Supporting the achievement of departmental targets
The Service Advisor is expected to promote a professional, customer-focused culture and uphold Endeavour Automotive’s brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
- Ability to provide proactive Customer-focused Service and effective Aftersales support throughout the service and repair process.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain technical information in a way customers can understand.
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or similar customer-facing role in a dealership or service environment is highly beneficial.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in administration and record-keeping.
- Comfort with using dealership management systems and basic IT tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, booking systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts teams, and managers, and to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A valid driving license and a strong interest in the automotive sector are advantageous.
