Service Advisor – Great Yarmouth (Simpsons)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy Service department at the above location.
Compensation:
- Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme.
- Generous 30 days annual leave including the bank holidays.
Duties:
- Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
- Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle.
- Authorising additional work.

Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great communicator.

- Hold a full clean driving licence.
Experience:
- No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
- However, interest and passion for vehicles would be advantageous.
Training:
- Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression.
