Service Advisor – Great Yarmouth (Simpsons)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our busy Service department at the above location.

Compensation:

  • Competitive basic salary and bonus scheme.
  • Generous 30 days annual leave including the bank holidays.

Duties:

  • Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs.
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
  • Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle.
  • Authorising additional work.
