Service Advisor
Pay & Benefits
Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per annum + realistic £36,000 OTE (uncapped bonus structure)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM + Saturdays on a fair team rota (No Sunday working)

- Handling customer communications
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Liaising with technicians

Role Overview
Seeking a driven and enthusiastic Service Advisor / Customer Advisor to join our growing front-of-house team. You will be the face of our dealership—greeting customers, managing inbound/outbound service calls, coordinating with our technical workshop, and ensuring an exceptional experience from booking to handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motor trade service advising or high-volume customer service / advisor roles.
- Strong communication skills with an organized approach to managing bookings, telephone calls, and customer updates.
- Ability to build rapport, explain technical items simply, and comfortably offer add-on products/services.
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required).
- Smartly presented with a positive, team-first attitude.

Base: Bexhill-on-Sea (Free secure on-site parking)
Road Links: Strategically situated directly off the A259, providing quick access via the A21 and A22 across East Sussex.
Public Transport: Excellent connections via Bexhill and Collington mainline train stations alongside regular regional bus routes.
Commutable From: Bexhill, Hastings, Eastbourne, Battle, St Leonards-on-Sea, and Pevensey.
