Job Title: Service Advisor – Car Dealership (Transit Site)
Location: Dagenham
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic + bonus of up to £12,000
About the Role
The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Computer literacy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
