Our client is a well-established franchised dealership in Aylesbury, part of a small, family-run business with a loyal local customer base. They are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to join their busy aftersales team.
This is a business that prides itself on personal service and long-standing customer relationships, rather than the high-pressure sales targets you may have experienced elsewhere. As a small, family-owned operation, you'll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is visible and valued.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Booking in vehicles for service, repair, and MOT, by phone, email, and in person
- Meeting and greeting customers, managing arrivals and departures
- Liaising with the workshop to provide customers with accurate updates and explanations of work required
- Producing invoices and taking payments
- Promoting additional services and products where appropriate

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or similar aftersales role within a motor dealership or garage
- Confident, professional telephone and face-to-face manner
- Comfortable using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Well organized, with a methodical approach to bookings and paperwork
