Would you be interested in converting your contract to a permanent one? NS&I's recent transition of services to Sopra Steria means we now have an opportunity for a number of Service Analysts to join us on a permanent basis. You'd continue supporting the services you currently work on, with the added benefits of a permanent position at Sopra Steria.

About the Role

As a Service Analyst, you'll support transaction processing services by completing a range of administrative, operational, and technical activities. You'll process work accurately, respond to queries, maintain records, and ensure agreed procedures and deadlines are met.

What you'll bring:

  • Attention to detail – Accurate and timely delivery of work, with strong record keeping.
  • Communication & customer service – Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-focused approach.
  • Teamwork – Able to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and support colleagues.
  • Organisation & problem solving – Able to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and resolve or escalate queries appropriately.
  • Process & systems – Comfortable following procedures, applying policies consistently, and using relevant systems.
