Job Title: Service and Quotations Coordinator
Location: Unit 2, Birchwood Trade Estate, London Road, Swanley, Kent, BR8 7QD
Salary: GBP 34,000 to GBP 36,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
We are a busy and growing commercial door and entrance systems company specialising in:
- Automatic doors
- Aluminium door fabrication
- Commercial door installation and servicing
- Steel doors
- Drive-thru windows
- Reactive repairs and maintenance
About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Service and Quotations Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, quotations, scheduling, and job coordination.
This role sits at the centre of the business and requires somebody who can remain calm, organised, and professional while managing multiple live jobs and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming sales and service enquiries
- Preparing quotations for repairs, servicing, and installations
- Liaising with customers regarding ongoing works
- Coordinating engineer schedules and appointments
- Managing job progress and customer communication
- Following up quotations and customer requests
- Processing customer invoices
- Working closely with engineers and suppliers
- Learning technical product knowledge over time
- Supporting smooth project and service delivery
- Liaising with suppliers and generating Purchase Orders

About You
We are looking for somebody who is:
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks
- Confident communicating with customers and engineers
- Commercially aware and detail-focused
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Professional in both written and verbal communication
Experience within engineering, construction, facilities management, HVAC, fire/security, manufacturing, reactive maintenance, or service coordination environments would be highly advantageous.

Important
This role is focused on customer coordination, organisation, quotation management, and operational support rather than high-pressure sales.
We are looking for somebody who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and managing multiple moving parts within a fast-paced service environment.
