Your Next Challenge
We are seeking an experienced Service Automation and Continual Compliance Lead to build and lead a capability that makes governance automated, continual, and evidence-based across FinOps, security, and architecture compliance.
As Service Automation and Continual Compliance Lead, you are the "self-service with continual compliance" voice - the leader who shifts the organization from periodic audits to automated measurement, from manual gates to intelligent guardrails, and from reactive reporting to self-service analytics. You build the automation platform that enables internal customers to move fast safely while maintaining audit-ready evidence for regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and run automated compliance analytics across FinOps, Security, and Architecture
- Convert policies and regulatory requirements into codified checks with clear pass/fail outcomes
- Deliver audit-ready evidence with trend reporting and insights
- Monitor cost governance, security posture, and architectural standards using automated measurement

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
