Service Catalogue Manager
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Service Catalogue Manager based in Lancashire on a hybrid basis for an initial 5 month contract.

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Service Catalogue Manager. In this role, a Service Catalogue Manager is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of the IT service catalogue. This role ensures that all IT services are accurately documented, accessible, and aligned with business needs. The Service Catalogue Manager works closely with various IT teams and business units to ensure the catalogue is up-to-date and reflective of current service offerings.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs.
- Service Documentation: Ensure all service descriptions, SLAs, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the service catalogue to enhance usability and relevance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the service catalogue, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the information.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue.

Required Skills:
- Experience with service catalogue management tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
