As Service Center Technician, You Will
- Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and the safe use of tools, equipment, and test environments at all times.
- Support the setup, organization, and continuous development of the laboratory as new operations and activities are introduced.
- Perform annual calibration of Eddyfi instruments in accordance with applicable international standards.
- Diagnose, repair, and conduct quality assurance testing on Eddyfi equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Analyze electrical schematics, identify faulty components, and collaborate with R&D to implement technical solutions or workarounds when needed.
- Carry out on-site calibration, maintenance, and repair activities, while engaging with customers to understand their technical needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and minor repairs for additional product lines introduced in the region.
- Maintain complete traceability of service operations through accurate documentation and promptly report any calibration-related irregularities or deviations.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for service-related inquiries, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and high-quality support.
- Manage local spare parts inventory, coordinate parts orders with the European Service Center and local administration, and ensure proper care of precision tools, test equipment, and measuring devices.

What Makes You An Asset To Our Team
- You hold a diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Measurement, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of five years of experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or repair of electronic equipment.
- You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
- You are customer-focused and able to perform effectively in a service-oriented environment.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- You are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of French is considered an asset.
