Reporting into the Duty Manager, the Service Centre Contract Coordinator will be responsible for providing day to day administration support across Corporate Networks and NRTS contracts.
This is an office-based role, working in Quinton 5 days a week.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administration for incident management, which includes building resources, phone calls and organising traffic management.
- Organise Spurs arising from field resources, managing calls and emails ensuring they are sent to the correct resolver group.
- To ensure records are accurately maintained to time and plan
- Ensure documentation tracking and database are maintained in accordance with the contract within time and to plan
- Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works
- Able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients and customers.

Who you are:
You will have previous coordination / administrative experience gained within the NRTS or Corporate Networks (CNS).
Key Requirements:
- Good incident management and communication skills
- Organised, methodical, with the ability to react to changing circumstances and work under pressure
- Ability to work towards KPI's and strict SLA's
- Good IT skills for Excel and Microsoft Word are essential
- ITIL 4 Qualification
- Must have SC Clearance
