Service Centre Manager
Chelmsford, Essex
Loom Talent is recruiting for an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead a busy, multi-functional operation in Chelmsford. You'll take ownership of people, operational performance, service delivery and P&L, leading a team across field service, scheduling, repairs, stock, fleet and customer service.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop the Service Centre team.
- Own KPIs, SLAs, contract delivery and operational performance.
- Manage workforce planning, performance and resource levels.
- Oversee engineer scheduling, fleet, stock and service delivery.
- Drive efficiency, productivity and cost improvements.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers, commissioners and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
An experienced operational leader from similar background in Operations Manager. You'll ideally have experience managing teams within a KPI/SLA-driven, contract-led environment, with strong commercial awareness and a track record of improving operational performance. Applicants will also have ambitions to want to progress beyond the role of Service Centre Manager.
