Unique Position to Manage a Full Portfolio of Clients in Central London

About the Role

A unique position to manage a full portfolio of clients in Central London and a well-established, asset-rich client. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of service charge accounting and the associated legislation; with a proven ability to work on their own initiative, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to their daily tasks and be expected to develop the role as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing of demands for service charges and ground rents
  • Managing one key client and the associated portfolio of high net worth leaseholders
  • Entering and maintaining annual budgets for service charges
  • Chasing arrears and progressing legal action against defaulters
  • Dealing with legacy issues and disputes
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Collection and monitoring of management and administration fees
  • Supporting the Central London team of Block managers
