Encore

At Encore, we’re here to make residential property management feel personal, thoughtful, and seamless. Since we opened our doors in 2004, our mission has been simple: to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer, with genuine care at the heart of everything we do. We don’t just look after buildings, we look after the people who call them home, treating each property as if it were our own.

The Encore culture not only attracts the brightest talent, but also industry recognition as we've been awarded Employer of the Year on many occasions. Our ambition is to be regarded as the most professional managing agent in the country - with a team of exceptional people who are energised by what they do. We're all about communication, collaboration, teamwork – and having fun while we work. By creating an inviting environment for our people to be inspired, learn and flourish can make all the difference.

The Role

Lead a talented accounting team, shape best practice, and play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality service charge accounts across a varied property portfolio.

We’re looking for a confident and detail-focused Service Charge Accounts Coordinator to take ownership of the service charge accounting function for a dedicated portfolio of estates. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with people leadership, problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.

In this role, you’ll manage and support a team of Service Charge Accountants while working closely with colleagues across Estate Management, Legal, Facilities and Client Accounting. You’ll help ensure accounts are delivered accurately, deadlines are met, processes are followed, and your team feels motivated, supported and set up for success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
