Bellrock Portfolio Services

Bellrock Portfolio Services is the UK’s leading service charge consultancy in the retail, leisure, office, and industrial sectors.

This position is linked to the Retail & Leisure, which undertakes service charge and insurance rent consultancy on behalf of occupiers within these sectors. The client base is predominantly blue-chip, advising many of the UK’s leading retailers and leisure companies.

There are currently in excess of 35 people that work as part of this team, with plans for continued growth in revenue and expansion of the service offering.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of that growth and therefore requires an ambitious and highly motivated team player, who has the individual drive and enthusiasm to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and day-to-day management of service charge portfolios for key Retail & Leisure clients
  • Accurately maintain and update data within Bellrock’s in-house system (InsightRE™), ensuring all records are complete and up to date
  • Analyse service charge budgets, reconciliations, and supporting financial information to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and outputs that support senior team members in client advisory and negotiations with landlords or managing agents
  • Review large volumes of financial and property-related data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and consistency across portfolios
  • Support the wider team in interpreting lease information and understanding service charge provisions (training provided)
  • Contribute to the identification of cost-saving opportunities or billing inaccuracies for clients
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and, where appropriate, external stakeholders to gather information or resolve queries
  • Continuously look for ways to improve data quality, processes, and efficiency within the team
  • Support additional ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project work as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
