Are you searching for your next career challenge within the construction industry? We have a rare and exciting opportunity within our rapidly expanding service department located in Ashford (Kent) for a Service Co-Ordinator. You will be a fundamental part of the service team, providing the business and our customers with the first-line of service.

Your Life as a Service Co-Ordinator at Meesons

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for providing customers with a competent and accessible point of contact for all emergency callout enquiries, planning preventative maintenance & repair visits for our engineers across the country whilst answering other customer-related queries.

Your brief as a Service Co-Ordinator at Meesons

  • Planning reactive callouts, planned maintenance and repair works for engineers.
  • Generate RAMs for customers.
  • To provide customers with a competent and accessible first point of contact.
  • Liaising with engineers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Raising all service-related purchase orders.
  • Provide holiday cover for other members of the Service Department.

  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Competent IT user – experience of MS Office and Sage 50 desirable
  • Operates in line with company values & behaviours.
  • An effective communicator – written and verbal.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
