This is how you WOW

Act as a custodian of the brand to build a growing, profitable, and sustainable Kärcher Service Business.

Provide administrative support and manage service contracts within the CRM to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Handle incoming calls and emails, resolving complaints professionally to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Submit work orders to SAP, process spare parts orders, and create cost estimations.

Investigate and effectively resolve service invoice queries.

Schedule work for Field Service Engineers, monitor ongoing jobs, and provide proactive customer updates.

It would be WOW if you could bring this in

  • Essential understanding of customer service and Google suite, with desirable knowledge of Dynamics CRM, and SAP.
  • Essential background in customer support and busy office administration, with desirable experience in invoicing and cost estimations.
  • Essential organisational, communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities, alongside desirable adaptability and negotiation skills.
