CIA Fire & Security Ltd, part of the Ranger Group, is a leading security business based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Our systems can be seen all over the United Kingdom and parts of Europe. Role Description

This fast-paced role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to coordinate an efficient Service & Maintenance Team, providing regular liaison with the client, engineer, and accounts. Appropriate training will be given.

Main Duties

  • Manage the diary of 6+ regional service engineers
  • Ensure service visits are completed on time and in budget
  • Ensure jobs are logged off and invoiced daily, with repeat actions booked, and identifying if further work is required
  • Project manage workload as requested by their coordinator
  • Efficient booking of services via telephone (both outbound and incoming) and email
  • Database management specific to the role
  • Report production

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team
