Service Co-ordinator

£35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Hybrid Working | Basingstoke

We're partnering with a growing organisation within the cyber security and managed services sector who are looking to appoint a Service Coordinator to join their Service Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially aware operations professional who enjoys managing supplier relationships, support renewals and logistics activities within a fast-paced technology environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer support agreements remain active, operational processes run smoothly and supplier commitments are delivered on time.

The Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating support contract renewals, managing supplier and vendor relationships, overseeing logistics activities and ensuring operational records remain accurate and up to date.

Working closely with customers, distributors, vendors and internal stakeholders, you'll help drive service continuity whilst maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
