Role Description

The Service Contract Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrapston. This position is responsible for administering service contracts, including preparing documentation, tracking contract terms, renewals, and performance metrics, and ensuring accurate records within internal systems. The coordinator will liaise with customers, engineers, and the sales team to schedule service visits, resolve contract-related queries, and support timely and effective service delivery. Daily tasks include handling incoming customer requests, updating contract information, monitoring service levels, and assisting with quotations and contract adjustments in line with company policies. The role also supports continuous improvement of service processes by identifying recurring issues, recommending solutions, and contributing to a high standard of customer experience.

  • Candidates should possess strong Contract Management and Contract Negotiation skills to administer agreements, manage renewals, and support fair, compliant terms.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle enquiries, coordinate between teams, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review contract data, track performance, and identify trends or issues that require action.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with office and CRM software, strong organisational abilities, and attention to detail for managing multiple contracts and deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in service coordination, administration, or contract management, ideally within equipment, engineering, or related sectors, is beneficial.
  • A qualification or training in business administration, customer service, or a related field, along with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, is advantageous.
