Service Contract Coordinator (Contractor)
Role Description:
This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.
- Location: London UK
- Duration: 12 months
- Team: CyberArk Revenue Operations
The ideal candidate will have valid work authorization to work within the United Kingdom. This position is not eligible for any visa sponsorship.
The CyberArk Service Contract Coordinator/Assistant's primary responsibility is to support the Service Contract Administration team with high quality and accurate service scope requests. This person must work closely with Sales and applicable internal teams to triage scoping requests, draft scoping documents, and enable the scoping workflow for accurate deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Managing Scoping Cases: Manage service scoping cases queue, tracking all communications and request status. Review, prioritize, and respond to service scope requests promptly. Triage and escalate requests to relevant stakeholders per policy and SLA.
- Preparing Contracts & Documents: Generate and update service scoping documents, maintaining current and accurate records of all relevant documents.
- Ensure completed workflows are met: Particularly reviewing case statuses and following up on pending cases, detail-oriented document drafting, and ensuring final documents are selected and match opportunity products.
- Assist manager on other related functional initiatives as necessary.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment with a focus on client management, customer service, and operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the Salesforce CRM platform preferred.
- Great interpersonal skills; ability to communicate to different target audiences and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in typing and computer skills like Microsoft Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and assist with tasks and deadlines effectively and timely.
- Willingness to participate in and provide feedback to new initiatives
- Ability to assist the sales process by identifying opportunities and coordinating actions between the customer and the sales team.
- A focus on execution with the ability to work independently and initiate administrative improvements; needs limited guidance from supervisor.
