Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role is in our Fixed networks team, our team is responsible for providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks across the Group. Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
- You’ll review and prepare job packs—such as shutdowns and client designs—highlighting critical flags like zones of interest and producing utility prints.
- Responsibilities include assessing permit needs, securing site access, and confirming job completion with relevant authorities.
- You’ll review system-produced programming and schedules, ensuring all operational and commercial targets are met.
- Proactive jeopardy management is essential, including adherence to SLAs, communication with clients, and escalation handling.
- You’ll manage contract administration, cancellations, and date changes, support risk identification and mitigation, and help align our supply chain and operations with process governance standards.

What You’ll Bring
- You possess excellent organisation and a sharp eye for detail, thriving in fast-paced settings with strong verbal and written communication.
- Adept at multitasking and prioritising, you remain calm under pressure, and bring accuracy to data and numbers.
- Resourceful and customer-focused, you work well both independently and within a team.
- With solid experience in scheduling, rostering or office admin, you’re skilled in Excel, Outlook, and ideally CRM/ERP tools.
