What you will do

As a Service Coordinator based at our Droitwich office, you will be responsible for one of our main customer contracts, working alongside another coordinator to ensure all requirements are met. You will handle day-to-day administration and operational activities, including managing customer queries and requests via telephone, ordering supplies, managing vendors, processing invoices, and other general administrative tasks using Simpro software and Sage 200. You will liaise with the Office Scheduler to prioritise customer call-outs and access client SAP systems to view upcoming maintenance tasks prior to uploading service reports and closing tasks to meet client KPIs.

How you will do it

  • Report to the Office Manager/Scheduler
  • Operate client SAP systems to interact with Simpro
  • Manage customer enquiries
  • Process invoices and assist with AR & AP enquiries, order supplies, and manage vendors
  • Support administrative tasks across the operational team

What we look for

  • Someone who is organised & can prioritise tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite & with ordering & invoicing systems
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to work independently & also as part of a wider team
  • Experience building & maintaining relationships with Clients, Engineers, Vendors, etc.
  • Previous experience in an administration role is desired
  • Previous experience of Simpro and Sage 200 operating systems is desired
  • SC Clearance is required for site access; this will be actioned prior to initial start date
