Service Coordinator
Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover
Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off Shift - See shift pattern below:
November to April
- 06:00 to 18:00 for four days and then four days off
- 08:00 to 20:00 for four days and then four days off
April to November
- 06:00 to 18:00 for four days and then four days off
- 10:00 to 22:00 for four days and then four days off
Salary starting from £29,008 plus an excellent benefits package.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has outstanding customer service skills to join the team as a Service Coordinator. Scania Assistance provides 24/7 breakdown assistance, where you will be the customers’ first point of contact, right the way through to closing the case once it has been resolved. You will be committed to providing high quality customer service and have excellent attention to detail to ensure our customers experience the best service.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer calls relating to breakdowns and recovery of Scania vehicles and support the customer through the rectification process and a successful conclusion.
- Communicate with repair workshops on behalf of the customer to ensure the customer’s vehicle is mobile again within reasonable timescales.
- Guarantee payment to the repairing workshop on behalf of the customer.
- Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of each case.
