Responsibilities
- You will look after 5 fire brigades primarily through an online helpdesk, where firefighters and managers within the brigade can log various types of enquiries and requests related to their PPE
- Administration and maintenance of firefighter PPE records through the SAP system
- Handling a variety of telephone queries including emergency callouts
- Coordinating deliveries of PPE packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders
- Accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for sign-off
- Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams

Qualifications
- Great communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Positive attitude towards solving a variety of complex queries in a fast-paced role
- Computer-literate, particularly with Excel and Outlook
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
