Role Description

The Service Coordinator role is Maternity Cover - contracted but with the option to be full time after the contract ends. The position is on-site based in Dyce, Aberdeen. The Service Coordinator will schedule, coordinate, and monitor service activities for safety and life-saving equipment, ensuring that work orders are planned, assigned, and completed on time. This role will act as a central point of contact, liaising with customers, service technicians, and internal teams to confirm service requirements, share updates, and resolve issues.

The Service Coordinator will also assist with operational planning, follow-up on quotations and invoices, and contribute to efficient service operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Service Coordination skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and follow-up on service activities.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Operations Management skills, such as workflow organization, documentation control, and attention to detail.
  • Solid Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a focus on service quality.
  • Relevant qualifications such as experience in service or maintenance coordination, preferably within maritime, offshore, or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency with office and service management software, and the ability to learn company-specific systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Aberdeen and collaborate effectively within a diverse, safety-focused team.
