The Role

This position would suit an experienced administrator or coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Previous experience within cyber security, IT services, managed services or a similar technology environment is essential. You will coordinate a range of operational activities, including service renewals, logistics, asset administration, supplier engagement and general service support.

The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the confidence to investigate issues, work independently and coordinate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.

About You

You will be highly organised, dependable and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in administration, operations, service coordination or business support.
  • Experience within IT services, technology, managed services or cyber security.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing complex information and documentation.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience using operational, procurement, order management or service management systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Desirable:

  • Experience managing service or support contract renewals.
  • Exposure to logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of service entitlements, licensing or support agreements.
  • Experience working with technology vendors and distributors.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and associated compliance requirements.
