Ref: 23528 Title: Service Coordinator Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Location: Hampshire Job status: Permanent Working hours: 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday *5 days office base Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating engineers to attend vessels and sites worldwide for product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support
- Managing the end-to-end service process, from initial customer contact and quotations through to order acceptance, service delivery, and job completion
- Handling incoming service requests, identifying and recording common product faults
- Providing customers with accurate updates and feedback on completed service work
- Working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to support new products and deliver high-quality after-sales service
- Supporting the development and improvement of procedures for effective service and record management
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, business partners, and distributors worldwide

Requirements:
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, computer systems, marine engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop technical knowledge
- Ability to understand technical documents and product specifications
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience in service coordination, technical support, engineering, or customer service
- Knowledge of marine electronics or navigation systems
- Experience in an international business environment
