Astute’s Power Team working with one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of critical power solutions, to recruit a Service Coordinator for its Havant office.
The Service Coordinator role comes with a salary of up to £28,000, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to join a growing business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service across the UK’s critical power sector.

Responsibilities And Duties Of The Service Coordinator Role
Reporting to the Service Manager you will:
- Manage a portfolio of customers as their dedicated Service Coordinator.
- Coordinate engineers across the UK, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource planning.
- Handle high volumes of customer calls, emails, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Forecast engineer requirements and manage planned maintenance schedules and service contracts.
- Identify opportunities for contract renewals, remedial works, and additional service sales.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and produce service reports.
- Support engineers with job documentation, parts ordering, and access arrangements.
- Liaise with customers, engineers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately while maintaining exceptional customer communication throughout.

Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Scheduler, or similar customer-facing administrative role.
- Experience working within a fast-paced engineering, facilities management, utilities, or technical service environment would be advantageous.
- Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.

Salary and Benefits of the Service Coordinator Role
- Up to £28,000.

- Standard working hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
