Service Coordinator (Gas)
Equans is looking for a Service Coordinator (Gas) to join our team in Coleshill, Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
General Overview
Responsible for supporting efficient service delivery to customers, clients, and stakeholders. Effective communicator and ensure completion of work within defined service level agreements.
What will you deliver?
- Reactive management of live diaries ensuring appointments are made and kept including emergencies and follow-on works.
- Plan service programme in line with no access process.
- General administration tasks associated with Service, Repair, and installation.
- Point of contact for Tennant’s, Client, and engineers via telephone system supporting with general enquiries, appointments, etc.
- Monitor works orders ensuring they have been processed correctly and acting on any closed in error.
- Reallocating work when sickness or training occurs.
- Develop a close working relationship with the wider planning team.
- Deal with issues and enquiries on the emerging day working closely with trades and supervisors to ensure they are dealt with effectively.
- Develop internal relationships with key contacts including (Supervisors, Trade teams, Service Manager, and Operations Manager), ensuring customer experience is enhanced eliminating service failure.
- Develop External relationships with Key Contacts including (Residents, Sub Contractors, and Clients).
- Ensuring systems are up to date and accurate including, SOR’s, WIP and Overdue Monitoring, as well as processing sub-contractor orders. (Including raising purchase orders).
- All Periodic Testing completions have relevant and up-to-date certification.
- Comply with No Access Process.
