This is a pivotal role at the centre of our service operation, ensuring our engineers, customers, and internal teams are connected and supported to deliver an exceptional service experience.

You'll be responsible for coordinating engineer schedules, planning service visits, managing customer communications, and ensuring service activities are completed efficiently and effectively. If you're an excellent organiser with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Coordinator you will:

  • Schedule and coordinate service engineers for planned maintenance, breakdowns, installations, and project work.
  • Manage engineer diaries to ensure optimum utilisation and efficient travel planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service support.
  • Raise service jobs and maintain accurate records within the service management system.
  • Coordinate customer communications regarding service visits, updates, and completion reports.
  • Support the quotation and administration process for repairs, spare parts, and service work.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure work is completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Work closely with engineers, sales teams, and operational departments to resolve scheduling challenges.
  • Track service performance and provide regular reporting on key activities.
  • Assist with contract planning and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure all documentation and system records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
