What You Will Do

Our Fire Suppression business is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to be based from our Manchester office. This role is key to coordinating and scheduling service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction across our fire suppression customer base.

How You Will Do It

  • Coordinate and manage service scheduling using the company service scheduler
  • Proactively liaise with Contracts, Small Works teams, and Project Managers
  • Ensure all service visits are fully booked with customers and engineers
  • Issue documentation required to obtain site permits in a timely manner
  • Prepare and issue RAMS for all service sites as required
  • Respond promptly to service enquiries from fire suppression customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with ability to learn bespoke systems
