Service Coordinator – Power
Erith
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | 42 hours per week

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Power team in Erith. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating our Mobile Service Engineers, ensuring customers receive a responsive, efficient and first-class service.
About The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operation, planning engineer schedules, responding to customer enquiries and ensuring service requests are managed efficiently from start to finish.
You'll work closely with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep work running smoothly, resolve any service issues and provide an outstanding customer experience. Every day is different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organisation and communication are key.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the daily schedules of Mobile Service Engineers.
- Managing customer enquiries and service requests by telephone and email.
- Ensuring work is planned efficiently to meet customer expectations and business priorities.
- Resolving service issues quickly and professionally.
- Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
- Working closely with engineers and operational teams to deliver an exceptional service.
- Supporting continuous improvement across the department.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to prioritise and adapt in a busy environment.
- Experience working to KPIs and service targets.
- A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge.
- A positive attitude with the confidence to identify opportunities to promote our services.
- Previous hire industry experience is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to supporting your team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
