Role: Service Coordinator & Reporting Analyst

Contract: Permanent

Location: Nottingham, Beeston - 5 days in office

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Coordinator & Reporting Analyst at Boots Online Doctor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service management processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital healthcare services, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our customers. By establishing robust reporting capabilities and coordinating service activities, you will help drive improvements in service visibility and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve Service Management reporting capabilities and dashboards.
  • Produce weekly and monthly operational service reports to track performance.
  • Support the administration and coordination of the Incident Management process.
  • Monitor incident records in Jira, ensuring data quality standards are maintained.
  • Assist with Major Incident communications and record keeping as required.
  • Coordinate Service Management activities across Technology and business teams.
  • Support the development of service KPIs and performance indicators as Service Management matures.
  • Help automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

What You'll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

  • Proven experience in service management or reporting analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools and software, such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience in incident and problem management processes.
  • Knowledge of service transition activities and operational readiness.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or digital services environment.
