Location: Maidenhead (Office based)
Salary: A GBP 26,000 - A GBP 31,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
We are a small, friendly, local run business providing a high-quality service to our clients. We have a mixture of domestic, commercial and industrial clients. Most of our work is carried out in the Maidenhead and Henley area.
Due to the company's continued expansion, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our small but busy office. The successful candidate must be a team player and able to work unsupervised.

The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, as you will be communicating with our customer by telephone as well as email and occasionally face to face. An excellent telephone manner is essential as you will also answer customer enquiries and schedule maintenance visits for our engineers.
Duties Will Include
- Answer basic technical questions (training will be supplied)
- Scheduling service and maintenance calls for both our commercial and domestic clients.
- Scheduling return visits and keeping customers informed of any delays
- Create small works quotation on request
- Liaise with Service Manager and Office Manager with ongoing service issues
- Create call out invoices and send to customers in a timely manner
- Handle general customer enquiries
