Service Coordinator - Tamworth
Monday to Friday | 07:30–16:30 | 40 hours per week

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating our mobile Service Engineers, managing their schedules and making sure our customers receive a fast, efficient and first-class service.
The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our service operation, keeping engineers, customers and internal teams connected.
Your Day Will Include
- Planning and coordinating mobile Service Engineer schedules
- Booking and prioritising service, repair and maintenance jobs
- Responding to customer queries and onsite service issues
- Keeping customers updated on engineer attendance and job progress
- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with Engineers and other internal teams
- Managing changing priorities and responding to urgent requirements
- Helping the team achieve service levels, targets and KPIs

What You’ll Need
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Confidence working towards targets and KPIs
- A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge
- Previous experience within service coordination, scheduling, hire or a similar environment would be an advantage
