Service Department Concierge – Crowley Kia
Crowley Kia is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Department Concierge to help create an exceptional service experience for every guest. This role is designed for someone who enjoys assisting customers, supporting service operations, and serving as a welcoming presence throughout the service visit.
What You'll Do
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist guests throughout their service visit, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
- Coordinate vehicle movement between service lanes, technician work areas, parking areas, and customer delivery points.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, customer waiting areas, and vehicle lot.
- Prepare customer vehicles for delivery, ensuring interiors and exteriors meet Crowley Kia's standards.
- Provide shuttle assistance and transportation support for customers when needed.
- Assist Service Advisors and Managers with daily operational needs.
- Perform light vehicle support tasks such as battery maintenance, fluid top-offs, and other basic service-related duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to support a smooth service process.
- Accurately document vehicle locations and support efficient vehicle flow throughout the department.
- Run dealership-related errands as needed.

What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Safe and responsible driving habits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous dealership, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including some evenings and weekends.
