We're looking for a Service Delivery Agent who will be responsible for managing the flow of requests received, ensuring a continuous and efficient service that meets customer needs while making full use of available information and equipment.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute work requests, work orders, and manageable task documents to inform and notify service delivery areas and individuals of output requirements.
- Update systems and databanks to ensure all planning and scheduling systems are fully maintained, up to date, and accurately reflect the latest status, baseline data, resources, and contract requirements.
- Undertake a range of customer-related activities, including dealing with complaints, explaining options, and describing product or benefit features.
- Schedule resources effectively and efficiently to meet work requirements, ensuring skill sets are allocated appropriately to maximize utilisation and efficiency of activity delivery.
- Complete and update quality and safe working documents, including quality documentation and safe working permits, and provide information registers as required.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Experience of managing and prioritising workloads within a fast-paced service delivery, helpdesk, or scheduling environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, systems, and databases.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
- Competent in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support operational requirements.
