12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
📍 Central London (Hybrid: 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Remote)

We're recruiting for a Service Delivery Analyst to join a successful and well-established financial services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Management professional who enjoys working across service governance, continual improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement. You'll play an important role in helping to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT services delivered across the business.
Working as part of a collaborative service delivery function, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of ITSM activities while helping to drive meaningful improvements across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services
- Facilitating and contributing to Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities
- Assisting with incident, problem, change, and service request processes
- Acting as Major Incident Manager when required
- Supporting service reviews with business stakeholders
- Producing service reporting and performance metrics
- Driving continual service improvement initiatives
- Supporting audit, governance, and compliance activities
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience working within an IT Service Management or Service Delivery environment
- A strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practice
- Exposure to Change Management and CAB processes
- Experience supporting service improvement initiatives
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and passion for improving services
