LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT

We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Delivery Assistant on a 12 month FTC to be the first point of contact for staff and visitors on site. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the Site Manager with contractor coordination and essential compliance activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome and support staff, visitors, and contractors, providing a high-quality service at all times
  • Assist the Site Manager in managing contractors and maintaining site compliance
  • Carry out daily/weekly/monthly FM checks to ensure the site remains safe, compliant, and efficient
  • Complete statutory tasks such as site inductions, fire alarm testing, legionella flushing, and temperature monitoring
  • Keep compliance records accurate and up to date across all regional sites
  • Follow all Health & Safety standards and support a safe working environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
  • Experience or good understanding of FM and property operations
  • Confident using IT systems and FM software
  • Reliable, organised, and comfortable working as part of a team
  • Awareness of Health & Safety topics (e.g., COSHH, DSE, general office safety) — training provided
  • Good understanding of planned preventative maintenance and reactive work
