Service Delivery Coordinator
Leicester

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Delivery Manager by providing administrative and operational coordination.
- Track job progress, chase updates, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and ensure jobs move forward smoothly.

And as a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
- Monitoring job queues and updating records accurately
- Contacting suppliers and engineers for updates and job progress
- Rebooking or rescheduling jobs as needed
- Raising purchase orders and processing updates in the system
- Supporting MI and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve escalation issues quickly, by taking ownership of jobs where loss of trade or critical asset failure has occurred until satisfactory completion keeping client informed until trade is resumed

- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.
Experience And Competencies
- Experience in a coordinator, scheduling, or admin role
- Comfortable with systems, phone, and email comms
- Able to juggle completing tasks and priorities
- Adherence to processes and procedures

- Mon- Sun 7am-7pm 5 days a week including weekends on a rotational basis
