This is a high-volume, administration-focused role, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and customer communication skills. You will manage migration orders and associated records, place and track orders with suppliers, arrange appointments, maintain accurate information across internal systems and supplier portals, and ensure customers and internal teams are kept updated throughout the migration process.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure migrations progress smoothly, agreed dates are achieved and any issues or delays are identified and escalated promptly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Processing and tracking customer migration orders
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Arranging appointments and chasing outstanding actions
• Keeping customers updated on progress
• Escalating delays or issues where needed

What good looks like to us:

• Previous experience in an administration, order management, provisioning, customer service or coordination role.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of orders, tasks and customer records.
• Previous experience working for /with an MSP
• Understanding of provisioning / connectivity beneficial, but not essential - if you are an amazing administrator who loves speaking to customers we want you!
