We're currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Coordinator, based at our head office, Union - working 37.5 hours a week. You'll be the heartbeat of our behind the scenes operations, the essential bridge between buildings and suppliers that keeps everything running like clockwork.

Job purpose:

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our on-site teams and the external supply chain, ensuring our buildings are consistently maintained to the highest standards. You’ll own the workflow, ensuring every repair request is handled with speed and the professional care our customers expect. Your impact is huge, you’re a big part of how our buildings run seamlessly and our customers stay happy.

What will you be doing?

  • Navigate the job logging platform in Salesforce and our helpdesk inbox to triage jobs - facilitating the communication between our teams and our trusted suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders, create quotes, and build relationships with contractors to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and timely resolution of all job logging needs.
  • Act as a trusted, proactive partner to our Building Hosts and Managers, providing hands-on support and collaborative problem-solving to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Streamline administrative tasks to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and consistently well-organised.
  • Conduct monthly site visits to our sites to support, train, and empower building teams with their job logging processes.
