Service Delivery Coordinator (Remote)
Location: UK – Remote
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience
Role Overview
We are recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of services, coordinate internal teams, manage customer queries and ensure agreed service standards are maintained. This is a fully remote UK opportunity with training provided.

- Coordinate day-to-day service delivery and customer requests.
- Monitor tasks, deadlines and service performance.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and service documentation.
- Identify issues and help resolve service delivery problems.
- Support continuous improvement and operational processes.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service or operations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
