Job Description

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Salary: up to £31,000

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday 8.30-17.00

About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing Service Delivery team at our Corby site.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving day-to-day logistical queries and issues on behalf of our customers. You’ll be the person clients turn to when they need answers — whether that’s finding out where a shipment is, investigating a missing delivery, resolving a ticket or coordinating with our operational teams to get an issue resolved.

You’ll need to be organised, analytical, and solutions-focused, with the confidence to investigate problems, communicate clearly with clients, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the operation.

No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll be managing multiple queries and priorities, ensuring our clients receive timely updates and that issues are followed through to resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
