We are seeking Service Delivery Coordinator for an 12-month contract.

The role requires working from our Canary Wharf office three days a week.

The Role

As a Service Delivery Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer services across the euNetworks network. You will coordinate customer orders from handover through to delivery, managing access requests, planned engineering activities, customer communications and change management to ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Working closely with Project Managers, Field Services, Engineering, Service Delivery Managers, third-party suppliers and customers, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, tracking milestones and providing proactive communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate customer service deliveries from order acceptance through to completion
  • Arrange and manage customer and site Access Requests for internal engineers and third-party contractors
  • Coordinate Planned Engineering Works (Change Management), ensuring all activities are correctly scheduled, approved and communicated
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Provide regular customer updates on delivery progress, milestones and any risks or delays
  • Raise, track and coordinate Change Requests in accordance with internal change management processes
  • Liaise with internal Engineering, Field Services, Project Management and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate third-party suppliers and contractors to meet agreed delivery dates
  • Maintain accurate delivery records within Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Monitor delivery milestones and proactively escalate risks that could impact customer delivery dates
  • Produce customer documentation and delivery reports
  • Support service acceptance and handover into Operations
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and delivery records are maintained.

Team structure:

You will work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Field Services Engineers, Network Engineering, Third-party suppliers, Customers.

You will receive guidance and support from the Service Delivery Manager and wider Service Delivery team.

What do we want from you?

  • Experience in Service Delivery, Project Coordination or Telecoms Operations.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong customer communication skills.
  • Experience managing customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of Change Management processes.
  • Experience coordinating site access requests.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/order management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is desirable
