Key Responsibilities

  • Lead service delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs, and governance requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships and support account growth opportunities.
  • Manage major incidents, operational risks, supplier performance, and service improvements.
  • Oversee financial performance, profitability, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Lead and develop Service Delivery Managers and international delivery teams.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience leading large-scale IT Service Delivery or Managed Services environments.
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
  • Commercial and financial management experience, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-skilled, and geographically dispersed teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • ITIL certification or strong ITIL service management knowledge.
  • Experience working within complex financial services or public sector environments.
  • Bid, transition, and service transformation experience.
  • Supplier and vendor management experience.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.

Please note that this is a Glasgow-based role, and there is a strong expectation that you will attend both the customer site and the Atos office in Glasgow two to three times per week.
