The Role:

Please note this is a 12 month FTC The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for assisting the Key Account Manager by managing the day-to-day aspects of key client accounts. This role ensures smooth operations, provides expert support, manages project timelines, and resolves issues.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Key Account Manager in delivering smooth account operations and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Act as a key operational point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to customers
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to meet client requirements
  • Proactively manage and resolve operational issues to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and track projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and agreed objectives
  • Provide operational insights and expertise to help customers maximize the value of services
  • Monitor, report, and present on key operational metrics (e.g. rack counts, OTD, issue resolution), while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience: Experience in account management, client services, or a related field is desirable but not required.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and align with customer business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and support business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
